We’d like to notify you of upcoming proactive network policy optimisation we’re undertaking across school firewalls now that the Managed Network Upgrade is complete. This work will run from early July through to the end of September.

We’ll be reviewing school firewall configurations to ensure policies and security profiles are standardised across all schools, helping keep things safer and running smoothly. This includes:

  • Standardising naming and structures
  • Removing unused configurations

Everything should continue working as normal, and no action is needed.

However, if you do notice something isn’t working as expected, like an app or website isn’t accessible on your network, please contact our Customer Service team on 0800 532 764 between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
