Jeremy Banks is a software development specialist with experience growing software startups. With a variety of current governance roles, Jeremy has whakapapa links to the top of the South Island through Ngāti Rārua, Rangitāne ki Wairau and Ngāti Kuia.

Sharon Cresswell joined the N4L board in August 2019. Up until June 2019, Sharon had spent 23 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in both the UK and New Zealand, the last 16 years as a PwC partner. Sharon’s experience is predominantly in assurance and risk management. She has also assisted clients in strategy development and implementation. Sharon has spent two periods of time with the Crown Research Institute, AgResearch as the Finance and Business Performance Director and most recently to enable cover for the Acting CE.

Elle Archer joined the N4L board in November 2022. Mrs Archer has extensive governance and strategic foresight skills and experience, with 15 years spent in development, delivery, maintenance, and review of technology-based services, and digital transformation projects. She has also worked for more than a decade in underground infrastructure, while leading the regional efforts for digital equity and inclusion for Waitaha/Canterbury in connection with the national portfolio of works.

Mrs Archer is currently Chair of Te Matarau, The Māori Tech Association; Kaiwhakahaere, Ako Ōtautahi, Learning City Christchurch; Kaiārahi Iwi Digital Strategies; Chair of Canterbury Regional Digital Equity Joint Committee; Board Member, GovHack NZ; and Trustee, Central Plains Water Trust. She currently works as a Senior Consultant at ELG Global, as well as presenting and guest lecturing at the University of Canterbury.

Hon Clare Curran joined N4L in November 2021. Clare runs her own consultancy and sits on several boards focussed on addressing homelessness, poverty and lowering the rates of suicide. Prior to that she was the member of parliament for Dunedin South for 12 years and Minister of Digital Services across Government, Broadcasting, Communications and Digital Media from 2017-2018. Prior to being an MP, she was a small business owner, consultant and media specialist and has extensive experience in the field of communications and a deep understanding of its criticality to effective policy work, campaigns, marketing and change management.

Ming-chun Wu joined the N4L board in November 2022. A qualified teacher with past experience in the Ministry of Education, Ms Wu works as a public sector consultant, specialising in strategy development and stakeholder management. She has previously held senior management roles at Te Puni Kōkiri / Ministry for Māori Development, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and other Government departments.

Ms Wu is also a board member of the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board; Board Member of the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand; Board Member of the Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand; Board Chair of Altrusa International Incorporated; and Board Trustee of the Wellington Community Fund.
