Service has now been restored to all schools affected by tonight’s outage. Any schools experiencing continued issues on Friday morning should contact our helpdesk on 0800 LEARNING.

Latest information available indicates the cause of the outage is an equipment failure in the exchange building. Technicians are investigating and we are currently awaiting an estimated resolution time.
5.30pm
There is a known outage affecting a small group of schools in the Pukekohe area who are currently without connectivity. Technicians are investigating and more information is expected soon.
