Regional Director – Central
Newly created role to drive engagement. This role will lead the regional relationship program with schools ensuring objectives are met and schools and kura, ensuring business objectives are met and schools are informed; you will work collaboratively with schools, kura, the Ministry of Education, sector groups and associations, and regional IT providers. It is a key role for the business and requires someone with leadership, relationship management, education and ICT experience as this role will be the voice of the business in a regional context. Dev Ops Engineer
Fast-moving role with tons of variety keeping N4L’s application infrastructure and data platforms secure, robust, and scalable. You will be providing tier 2 support in between N4L’s helpdesk and the software engineering team on the applications that are deployed in the managed environment. School Relationship Manger
The School Relationship Manager is a pivotal, customer facing position, that provides hands-on support to schools, kura and their IT providers to ensure smarter, safer internet for learning. Building high trust working relationship with school communities, the overriding objective of the role is to ensure that all schools and their teachers and students have access to, and are effectively using, N4L’s range of products and services. You must be able to readily translate and explain complicated technical terms and technology into a manner where an individual is able to genuinely understand.
