Customer Support Engineer 
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical services to N4L teams across the business. Our Customer Support Engineers are our technical escalation point for customers of N4L services. It is an exciting and fast paced team to be a part of! If you are someone that has the ability to provide technical leadership and direction to the tier 1/level 1 team on technically challenging cases or operationally challenging cases (for example when multi-parties/vendors are involved) this might be the place for you. We’re looking for a team player, someone that does not only develop strong relationships with schools, ICT providers and selected vendors, but someone that can also support their colleagues, and create and maintain the positive and focused culture within the team. Network Support Engineer 
The role will provide technical services for customers of N4L services with a focus on network optimisation and maintaining customer intimacy. The team will offer consultancy and design for optimised change, network assurance for increased certainty, change management to help us better manage risks, upgrades programmes for optimised performance & capacity, and Incident Management for getting things back to normal faster. The team will contribute to the delivery of these services by providing pre-sales support, technical solutions, training, designs, provisioning and documentation for N4L products and services. Customer Support Specialist 
Join our team of Customer Service Specialists and use your outstanding customer service skills and knowledge of networking and firewalls to deliver excellent customer experience. Service Delivery Specialist 
The Service Delivery Specialists team support the effective delivery of N4L projects by providing administrative excellence working with the wider N4L team. This includes scheduling, tracking and documenting necessary project deliverables and assisting the PMO team to ensure all required KPIs are met. Although a technical background is useful, the role requires someone who can multitask high volumes and at various stages of the project lifecycle. We need an excellent communicator who is comfortable to speak up when things aren’t going to plan and someone that works well in a team environment. Senior Network Engineer
The role will provide technical services for customers of N4L services with a focus on network optimisation and maintaining customer intimacy. Senior Network Engineers are mentors to team members across the Customer Operations department and are responsible for dealing with more challenging issues. Regional Director – Central
Newly created role to drive engagement. This role will lead the regional relationship program with schools ensuring objectives are met and schools and kura, ensuring business objectives are met and schools are informed; you will work collaboratively with schools, kura, the Ministry of Education, sector groups and associations, and regional IT providers. It is a key role for the business and requires someone with leadership, relationship management, education and ICT experience as this role will be the voice of the business in a regional context. Delivery Engineers
We have a number of newly created Delivery Engineer roles within the Delivery Engineering Infrastructure Team. The role will provide network engineering services to prepare the designs, build and implement the LAN and Wireless network services to all customers. Software Engineers
We have two vacancies for Intermediate and/or Junior level Software Engineers within the team. These roles are responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, design and development services in the domain of the systems that are used for network and device data collection, management automation and monitoring. We are looking for candidates with some experience or exposure to NodeJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Mongo DB, MySQL and/or ElasticSearch, GIT, CI/CD and code deployment tools. Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that focuses on the creation of the project vision, planning, managing, implementation, reporting and performance of the overall project with the expectation of delivering agreed outcomes, on time, within budget, and to scope. A great Project Manager can work without supervision, and can organise and prioritise activities to meet business objectives. N4L needs a Project Manager that can deliver project outcomes, including managing project-related risks, identifying, managing and controlling project-related changes, and tracking and reporting to ensure milestones and ultimate goals are achieved. Network Management Technical Team Leader
This newly created position will lead a team of Network Engineers, and will manage the Network Optimisation deliverables for multiple programmes. The Network Management Technical Team Leader will be responsible for actively participating in technical escalations. The team will contribute to the delivery of services by providing pre-sales support, technical solutions, training, consultancy, designs, network assurance, optimisation and upgrades programmes, incident Management, network change management, provisioning, new products and solutions implementation and documentation for N4L products and services. The right individual for this position has a passion for delivering excellent outcomes for customers, excellent people leadership skills and experience leading a technical team, and can work collaboratively with the wider organisation to escalate issues and risks where required or to ensure systems, processes and tools necessary for the team to be successful are in place or can be developed and implemented. Operations Excellence Specialist (Change Management and Operational Readiness)
This newly created position will support the Operational Excellence Team Leader with the change management programme required to integrate new products and services and to support overall operational readiness activities, ensuring the Customer Operations department can perform at their best, equipped with the right systems, tools, processes, training and documentation. The Operational Excellence Specialist will have the ability to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage, and will be able to work to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact the Customer Operations department.  If this sounds like you please contact recruitment@n4l.co.nz.

Operations Excellence Specialist (Business Operations)
This newly created position will support the Operational Excellence Team Leader in ensuring continuous improvement in activities, process management, resourcing activities, risk management, and operational programmes such as Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance, SLA Assurance, SLA and KPI development are delivered to an industry-leading level. The Operational Excellence Specialist will also ensure that the team is equipped with the right systems and tools to perform their duties to high standards. Customer Support Specialist Team Leader
This newly created position is responsible for providing quality and efficient service to customers through the daily management of the Customer Support Specialists. The Customer Support Specialist Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that service levels are achieved in line with contracts and that customers expectations are met or exceeded, and does so with integrity, accountability and respect. Senior Product Manager
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Managed Wi-Fi portfolio, you will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for our LAN infrastructure rollout. You will be working with the Ministry of Education and other partners to define and deliver the service for all ~2,500 state and state-integrated schools countrywide. Dubbed by the Ministry as “NZ’s largest ICT deployment”, this is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to positively affect digital learning outcomes for all communities in Aotearoa, serving ~860k users on each school day. Solutions Architect
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to define and develop a solution/product roadmap in conjunction with the wider business and key stakeholders. This will be achieved through research, design and development of new technologies as well as extending the capabilities of current solutions.
