We’re aware of an issue where laptops using a Qualcomm FastConnect 6900 Wi-Fi adapter are unable to connect to the FortiClient IPSec Remote Access VPN.
There is no fix currently available and we’re working with the vendors to see if there are any validated workarounds. In the meantime, the options below can be used to mitigate the issue:
- Connect the laptop via ethernet cable (wired).
- Disable the Qualcomm Wi-Fi adapter on device manager and attach an external Wi-Fi USB adapter.
