We apologise for the late notice. An incident occurred on Cloudpath yesterday and as we treat network performance as a top priority we’ve made the decision to conduct an urgent upgrade, together with the vendor, for the impacted schools.

The upgrade will be carried out on 1 October (5pm to 9pm) and we’re contacting impacted schools directly with their upgrade dates.

The upgrade is expected to cause an outage, meaning some schools that have migrated to Secure Access will be unable to access the Wi-Fi network or enrol new users and devices to the school’s network during this time.

Additionally, some schools that have completed the Equipment Replacement process also may experience connectivity challenges on wired devices during the process.
