We can confirm that this issue has been resolved. Work was completed late Friday evening.

We believe that the issue is a fibre cut between New Plymouth and Hawera. We will confirm an ETR as soon as we can.

N4L are aware of a loss of connection impacting schools in and around Hawera. Our engineers are currently investigating and we will update this post once we have more information.
