With NCEA exams taking place from 4 – 28 November, we’re restricting changes on the N4L Managed Network at schools undertaking these exams between 21 October – 5 December to help ensure a smooth period, including pre and post-exams, for both students and staff.

During this period, N4L and our service partners, such as 2degrees and Spark, avoid maintenance and network configuration changes at these schools unless it’s absolutely necessary. This is to reduce the risk of any unintended outage or other negative impact to your students as they prepare to / sit exams.

We recommend that schools do the same by rescheduling non-urgent changes to a time after the exam period. If you have an urgent change that needs to be made to your network, please call us on 0800 532 764.
