Tuesday 30 May, 8am: We can confirm now that the issue has been resolved yesterday night by Spark and we can see that schools have come back online.

Monday 29 May, 4pm: We’ve identified a network issue that we are working on with our partners. This may be causing connectivity or W-Fi issues for some schools. No ETA has been confirmed yet.

Monday 29 May, 2pm: We’re aware of an issue with Equipment Replacement and Secure Access schools, which may have resulted in users being unable to access their Wi-Fi.
