We are aware of an outage impacting schools in the Rotorua area. Our teams are currently investigating and we’ll provide more information as we have it to hand.
Update 12:45pm: The root cause has been identified and we are now working with individual impacted schools to restore service.
Update 5pm: We are currently working with the schools individually to resolve as on-site attendance is required.
Update 03/10 2pm: We can see some schools have appeared back online and our team are continuing to work with on-site contacts for the remaining schools.
Update 06/10: We can confirm the outage has been resolved for all schools impacted.
