We’ll be conducting backend maintenance for our core infrastructure in our data centres between Saturday 20 September at 8am and Sunday 28 September at 5pm to help ensure everything runs smoothly for schools. 

While internet connectivity should not be affected, schools may experience brief periods of disruption on the weekends of 20 – 21 September and 27 – 28 September. 

During these times, access to administrative tools like MyN4L may be temporarily disrupted, and attempts to connect new devices or guests to your Wi-Fi network may fail during this maintenance window. Please note that once the maintenance starts, devices already connected to the Wi-Fi will stay connected during this time.

We carry out this maintenance work regularly to keep our systems running securely and efficiently, and complete it during the school holidays to minimise the impact on the school’s operations. 

We have deliberately scheduled the maintenance at times that will be least disruptive, however we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
