We’re aware of a global issue impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services, which may result in degraded functionality or an inability to access certain features for some schools.
Microsoft has confirmed that recovery efforts are underway and they are currently refining load-balancing configurations to resolve residual imbalances across their environment.
User Impact: Users may experience intermittent issues or “451 4.3.2 temporary server issue” errors when performing the following actions:
- Email: Sending and receiving emails via Exchange Online and Outlook.
- Microsoft Teams: Creating chats, meetings, or channels; adding members; and viewing presence/location information.
- Search: Searching within SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Admin Portals: Accessing the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender XDR.
- Other Services: Issues with Universal Print registration and applying sensitivity labels in Microsoft Fabric.]
