We’d like to notify you of upcoming Ruckus SmartZone controller maintenance scheduled between 6pm – 11:30pm on Friday 6 October.
During this timeframe, Equipment Support schools with Ruckus equipment will be unable to access the SmartZone controller and new devices using DPSK / captive portal will not be able to connect to the Wi-Fi. Devices with existing connections and new devices with PSK and 802.1x will be able to join the network during this maintenance period.
