Tuesday 28 Feb: A small number of sites still remain offline across Napier, Taranaki and Gisbourne due to intermittent power supply. These are taking an extended amount of time to repair and unfortunately will be offline for a while.
Wed 22 Feb We have restored a number of sites across Gisbourne and Hawkes Bay, however the Napier region has continued to be a challenge due to major power cuts.
Will will continue to monitor the response teams, and provide further updates as we receive them.
Friday 17 Feb 11.45am Due to the floods and water damage, repairs to the damaged locations are still underway with many of the sites still inaccessible. At this stage there is no ETA on when these will be restored.
Thursday 16 Feb 1pm Restoration to the fibre cuts are taking longer than expected due to the flooding. We do not have an eta on how long these repairs will take, but we are working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Tuesday 14 Feb 5pm Access to the area to repair the fibre cut has been challenging and we are still waiting on an ETA.
