Outage in the Franklin area

Update 28 Apr, 4:30pm Testing has identified a fibre break, work to resolve this will continue overnight and into tomorrow.4pm Technicians have been on site since 10:56am today. A faulty card has been identified as the cause. No ETA has been confirmed yet.10am We’re aware of an outage in the Franklin area affecting a number of schools. We’re currently investigating and will share updates as we receive them.
