We’re aware of an issue with some Windows devices connecting to Wi-Fi, we believe that this is relating to a recent Windows update. Users may experience difficulty or slowness reconnecting to Wi-Fi.

This often seems to happen after devices go to sleep or move between locations (roaming between access points). We’ve observed this happening at multiple schools with devices using newer network cards AX200 and AX201. We believe this issue can be solved if you have at least network card driver version 22.170.0 installed.

If you need support updating device drivers please contact your school’s IT provider.
