Update: 11th August 17:40

We believe this issue has now been resolved.

Original Message: 9th August 13:26

Due to a recent spam attack on our mail relay we have been forced to change the IP address our mail relay service uses. This has caused a delay when sending email to Office 365 users. Office 365 protects its mail network by limiting the number of emails it accepts from a new IP address and this is what has caused email to queue and be delayed in delivery.

At this point in time no email has been lost.

As Office 365 learns to ‘trust’ our new IP address we expect this restriction to lift and mail to Office 365 users will return to normal speed. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

If you wish to discuss this matter further our team can be contacted for assistance by calling 0800 LEARNING (0800 532 764).
