We’re conducting scheduled maintenance to update our SmartZone Cloud Controller between 2 and 13 June for select schools.

  • No network outage: There will be no disruption to existing users who are already connected to the Wi-Fi, and all other classroom services will continue to operate as normal.
  • New connections: New users attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi will be unable to do so strictly during their school’s specific maintenance window.
  • Timing: Affected schools have been emailed directly with their designated after-hours time slot to minimise disruption.
