Replacement equipment was implemented overnight. We are closely monitoring the affected schools over the next few days to make sure the issue does not reoccur

There is a second suspected faulty piece of equipment. Plans are being made to replace it also.

Whanganui school connections dropped on our monitoring system for the first time today at 14:43. Engineers are investigating.

At 01:00 this morning an engineer replaced the suspected faulty hardware that was causing the problems yesterday. We expect everything to be back to normal today, but will continue to monitor.

Our service partners believe that the fault has been identified. An engineer has been dispatched.

We are continuing the work with our partners to resolve the issue. It has been advised that this is not just affecting N4L schools but other customers in the area too. This is being worked on at the highest priority. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Monitoring identified one loss of connection across our schools at 14:52.

The connection has been stable since 12:00. We are continuing to monitor and will update with any new information.

We are aware that some schools in the area of Whanganui have been experiencing a loss of Internet connection for a few minutes at a time.  Engineers are currently investigating the situation and we will update this message as we get more information.
