Update: We’re seeing reports of individual devices such as Access Points or VOIP phones experiencing issues. We recommend power cycling these devices and if you still experience issues, please give our Customer Support team a call on 0800 LEARNING (532 764).

Update: Some schools may be still impacted by the issue, the team are working on a resolution and we will continue to provide updates as we have them.

Update: The issue has been identified and fixes are in the process of being implemented by the team.

We’re aware of an issue with Equipment Replacement and Secure Access schools, which may have resulted in users being unable to access their internet.
