During the July school holidays we’re upgrading the Ruckus Cloudpath system to version 6.0 R5. This is a security upgrade to patch against known threats and there is no change for users. It will be carried out by N4L in tranches on 6, 7, 8 and 9 July (4pm to 11:30pm) and we’re contacting all affected schools with their specific upgrade date.

While the upgrade is taking place there will be an outage to the school’s network. New or recently restarted devices will not be able to join the network, and Secure Access schools are unable to enrol new users or devices onto the network. Devices connected to the Wi-Fi or LAN at the beginning of the upgrade may maintain a connection.
