5.1. Overview

  1. Introduction

    The Education Service Desk (ESD) is provided by N4L on behalf of the Ministry of Education. The service provides Tier 1 support for a range of applications used by schools and the wider education sector.

    The ESD continues to work in partnership with the Ministry of Education for escalated queries.

  2. Service Summary

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, excluding public holidays and the Christmas Holiday period.
