We’re undertaking planned maintenance on Thursday 3 February between 7pm to 8pm.
This maintenance involves the replacement of certificates on N4L controllers used by Equipment Support, Equipment Replacement and Secure Access schools.
We expect these schools will be unable to access the SmartZone controller GUI for the duration of this timeframe. We also expect they’ll experience intermittent access issues to the following networks:
- Captive portal
- Hotspot
- EAP-TLS (802.1x) – Secure Access schools only
