Update 10.05am: We have identified this as being an issue with DNS. We’re currently working on a solution to resolve the issue and expect all schools to be back to normal later this morning.
Original Update 8.40: We are aware of a major outage impacting schools around the country. As a result our Helpdesk team is experiencing exceptionally high call volume.
Our team is currently investigating and we will continue to provide updates as we learn more.
