Update 6 March 8.30am: Work was carried out and completed overnight to repair the fibre cut. If you continue to experience any issues, give us a call on 0800 LEARNING.
Update 4.40pm: We can confirm that the outage is because of a fibre cut in the area and Engineers are working to restore connectivity.
