Original Update: We’re aware that schools using our Secure Access may have been experiencing intermittent interruptions due to an outage we experienced on the Ruckus wireless controllers this morning.
The team has resolved the outage, however while access points are still rebooting schools may still continue to see some disruption over the next couple of hours.
We apologise for the disruption that this is causing.
