Update 1.20pm: We can confirm that schools are now back up online.
Update 8.20am: Work was started overnight to repair the fibre cut and is continuing this morning. We will continue to provide further updates as we have them to hand.
Orignial Update 5pm Thursday: We’re aware of a fibre cut impacting schools in the Whangarei area. Engineers are investigating and we will will provide further information here.
