Original Update: N4L is aware of an issue affecting schools using our remote access service. Users may receive an ‘incorrect password’ error when trying to login to the service despite entering correct credentials). This issue has only been reported as affecting schools that integrate active directory with our remote access service.
Engineers are working to resolve this fault and we will provide more updates as information comes to light.
